8th GRADE GRADUATION CEREMONY ATTENDANCE PROTOCAL We hold our graduation ceremony in high regard. It is a ceremony of honor and respect and, therefore, we hold our students responsible to the following in order to participate: 1. All students who are being promoted are eligible to participate in our graduation ceremony. 2. Conduct Requirement- Any 8th grade student who has been suspended three or more times from school in their 8th grade year, will not be able to attend graduation. Additionally, any student that commits a particularly egregious offense as determined by the Superintendent and/or Board, may not be allowed to participate in the graduation ceremony. 3. Parents and students will be notified in writing at least two weeks prior to graduation if their child's attendance at graduation is at question.
